Be Mine

This little stinker! We have been trying to get him to walk,
but to much disappointment, he's no closer now then he was 6 weeks ago.
My guess is that he'll figure things out pretty quick when the new baby comes.
Hopefully!
Tasks around the house, pretending like we are getting things ready for the new baby!
Lucy was not only moved into a new room WITH Chars, but she was moved
into a BIG GIRL BED!!!!!
They have slept together camping and on trips, but alone until now.
I mostly worry about naps and who's waking up at what time in the morning,
but we thought we'd give it a shot.
We've done our share of cold weather, but how can you pass up a trip to the White House?
Nice weather would have been ideal, but then you fight the crowds and parking, right?
Lucy has made everything in my life easier, and this is proof.
She just went right to sleep.
We didn't get rails for the bed, and so far (4 nights) she's not fallen out,
but we've only just begun.
She is at such a fun age!
Loves loves to sing (mostly the ABC's and "Angels we have heard on high"),
still really loves books, puzzles the piano and babies.
About 5 times a day will say "new baby comes in few weeks"!
We'll see how that goes when he gets here!
Absolutely in love with her!

Wow. This is the sorry attempt at a fantastic Valentines Day breakfast.
It tasted great, just didn't look to divine, was not your traditional menu,
and was a bit rushed. BUT, its the thought, right?
Heart shaped (or close) pink pancakes, fruit and yogurt smoothies, a side of OJ and bananas.
Lucy just after she opened her Valentines gift from Grandma and Grandpa Sanders.
Cutest thing ever sent in the mail, and she was CRAZY for it!
Thanks Sanders!!!
We have not seen it all, but we've seen a lot, ESPECIALLY for being snowed in so much.
This is the Air and Space Smithsonian. There is just SO much to see,
thank heavens they are free, as we'll have to make several trips, just for one floor!
The kids have been super troopers, and hopefully enjoyed some parts.

How fun to see these pictures Jackie and marvel at what troopers you ALL are! You will look back some day and wonder how you did it. How awesome to be over the hump, settled in, and baby on the way. Kudos you guys!
