The Great George

Jeff, Lulu and I headed out on Thursday night for St. George. We were lucky enough to stay at Jenna's parents home. Jenna has been my chum and friend for nearly 100 years! Thanks for the place Jenz!
The following are a few pictures of what would turn out to be a perfect weekend!
Yes, this is Jeff with Lucy. She now lives for adventure. Thrilling hikes and amazing motorcycle rides.  We went on this great day hike, up a slot canyon. It was pretty quiet, which made it all the more enjoyable.

This smile just proves it all!
NO one looks more excited then Lulu for our trip to George! She loves this backpack.

It is so fun to be married to someone who loves everything I do, just as much as I do. (Well, with one exception, he's not crazy about food, but I'm getting over that) We just enjoyed
our selfs to the max!

Well, don't let those hiking pictures fool you. We also made some time for RandR. This is the little cutie, loving the pool. It was a kiddie pool, so it was warmer then the big one. It took her a bit to figure out that it was for fun, but I think she's gunna be quite the fish.

Oh yeah, and did I mention she loves to eat?

Movie after movie, we loved every one. It was the end to most of our days, after Lulu had gone down for the night. The best recommendation I have is for the movie, I think its called "The Queen".  Fantastic!  must see, and a true story of the reign of
Queen Elizabeth.

Oh, lest I forget, we went to a little place called Colorado City. I won't go into any details, and if you haven't heard of the place, you've really been out of touch!
This car is Jeffs most prized possession, and I was so devistated when it actually made it through the hole trip with us! Rats, the silly thing just won't die.

All the signs, on the driveways and such said "No Trespassing" even on this church. What a crazy place. I guess those we saw looked happy enough. Good for them.

All in all, we had SUCH A GREAT TIME!!! It is so fun to get away, do whatever you want, and know that you are with the people you love the most!

On our way home, we stopped for a BBQ at the Sanders home. I forget how much I miss being with family, until I'm with them. We had such a great time, and Lucy is gunna LOVE playing with her new cousins!
All in all, a perfect weekend. I could not have asked for more!

A need for SPEED

What is this? Yeah! Lulu's first ride with daddy on the bike! Its a great thing my parents are clear across the world....
Lucy loved it. She has  a need for speed! We only took her around the neighborhood, and no more then 15 mph's.
She could not be our daughter if she didn't love the bike! Well, we may have made an exception.
See ya'll on the the street!

Spa Day

So, what is more cute then baby toes and hands....PAINTED baby nails! Lulu loves to get her fingernails cut, so today, I had the nail polish out, and figured I'd give it a shot. She held so still, and watched every stroke! Thats my girl!

The little things we love

Is this the cutest thing ever? I was thinking how big she was getting, but this reminds me that she is still my little sweetie, and although she is doing many things (including reading :) ) she is still a baby! Darling!
